Return & Refund Policy

At Maison Al Khalis Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We take great care in crafting and packaging each fragrance to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which returns, replacements, and refunds are applicable.

1. 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase is provided
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products where the outer shrink wrap or seal has been broken, unless the product is damaged or defective.

2. When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns and provide full refunds or replacements in the following scenarios:

3. When Returns Are NOT Accepted

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or不喜欢 the fragrance (scent preference is subjective)
  • Product seal or shrink wrap has been opened or tampered with
  • Product has been used, even partially
  • Return request initiated after 7 days of delivery
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special discount events (marked as "final sale")
  • Gift cards or digital vouchers
  • Free promotional items or samples
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maisonalkhalis.com or call +91 8960271473
  • Provide your order number, product name, and clear photos/videos showing the damage, defect, or wrong item
  • Our customer support team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  • If approved, you will receive return instructions along with a return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to our address

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • For damaged, defective, or wrong items: We bear the full cost of return shipping. A free return pickup will be arranged or a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
  • For other eligible returns: Return shipping charges of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Self-shipping: If you choose to ship the product yourself via any courier, we recommend using a trackable service. Shipping costs will be reimbursed only in cases of damaged/defective products (up to ₹100).

Important: Please write your order number clearly on the package. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected return shipments sent without proper tracking.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund process timeline is as follows:

8. Refund Methods & Timelines

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Estimated timelines for funds to reflect:

  • Credit/Debit Card & NetBanking: 3-7 business days
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.): 2-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Please provide your bank details or UPI ID. COD refunds take 5-10 business days.
  • Store Credit / Gift Voucher: Instant upon approval

Note: The exact timing depends on your bank or payment gateway provider. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact us.

9. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Missing items from a multi-product order – refund for the missing item value
  • Product returned without original packaging or missing accessories – deduction may apply
  • Return shipping charges deducted for non-defective returns
  • COD convenience fee (₹50) is non-refundable in any case

10. Replacements

For damaged or defective products, we offer a free replacement with a new product. The replacement process:

  • Replacement is shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Estimated replacement delivery: 5-8 business days after return pickup
  • If the same product is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit instead

11. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped:

  • Before dispatch: Full refund will be processed immediately. No cancellation fees apply.
  • After dispatch: Cancellation is not possible. Please wait for delivery and then initiate a return if eligible.
  • COD orders: Cancellation before dispatch is free. No COD fee is charged.

12. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check:

  • Your bank account statement
  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary)
  • Check with your UPI app or payment provider
